Better than advertised!

Our family has stayed in numerous short term rentals over the years and none of them have exceeded our expectations like this one did. Property was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and ALL amenities were in good condition and in proper working order. The host is amazing and accommodating and in my humble opinion this property is even better than advertised…..we can’t wait to return.

Perfect for our large family

Amazing stay with family!

This was a last minute trip for spring break with our young family. Ages 6, 4 and 9 months with grandparents. We made wonderful memories. The privacy of the yard is amazing and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We ended up never leaving to have a meal. Instead we enjoyed them poolside. From early morning swims to evening swims and making s’mores we couldn’t be happier. The property manager and team were very responsive and helpful. They made everything very smooth. Looking forward to returning.

Desert Paradise for Families, Friends & Furry Companions

We just stayed at this incredible home in La Quinta with a group of 10 (plus a few dogs), and we loved absolutely everything about it! The backyard is a true paradise—lush green grass, stunning views of the golf course and nearby mountains, and a perfectly maintained hot tub and pool that we used daily. It was the ultimate spot to relax and recharge.The en-suite bedrooms were perfect for our family of three, giving everyone their own space and comfort. Our dogs had the time of their lives roaming the yard, and we were thrilled to find a home that welcomed them so warmly.Karen and her team were amazing—so responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The welcome bar setup and margarita mix were a fun touch that got the weekend off to a great start!The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with every appliance you could need—waffle maker, slow cooker, Vitamix, stand mixer, and more. Tons of spices and seasonings too! The only thing I missed was my orange juicer for brunch and fresh margaritas—next time I’ll bring it along.This home truly exceeded our expectations. None of us wanted to leave, and we’d come back in a heartbeat.

We had stayed with 8 people total, including 2 - 3 year old kids. The bedroom configuration works well for separation, giving each group their own space. The TV and kitchen area are great for bringing people together. A good fire table and covered patio also work very well.The house was missing some key cleaning items needed for along the way. The dishes were also not overly clean, but that likely stems from the previous group. The location is quite deep in La Quinta, so if you need to head into town or neighbouring cities, you’re looking at roughly a 30 min drive. A good stay overall, however.

Dramatic Tranquil Home

This property exceeded what was shown in pictures. The view is dramatic and the high ceilings are definitely a wow. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, as we were able to make a full Easter brunch with serve ware and a few dinners in. The en-suite bathrooms are nice. The bonus bedroom has no closet or bathroom. We had our kids sleep there and keep their clothes and toiletries in the master. The house was clean, the pool lovely. There is a concierge service which was very responsive. Julia and Robert were both incredibly hospitable, gave good local tips and were always available. That said, the booking person, think her name is Kathy, lacks these qualities. She isn’t very responsive to email, I had to email questions several times to get a response and seemed annoyed to have to answer my questions.

Desert Memories 2025...the next generation

My husband and I had a Condo in Indio when the kids were little and now that they are grown with children of their own, we went back to the Desert to re-live their memories and create new ones for our grandchildren...best new chapter in our book! The home was exactly as outlined. It held all 12 of us comfortably. Inside and outside were well maintained. While we were there, we experienced a few things that needed maintenance and the Customer Service was "immediate". With the use of text and phone calls, we received prompt connection and same day resolutions. Highly recommend this "home" for a large family gathering/reunion and it's definitely on our list of revisiting. With four grandchildren to keep busy, the home supplied plenty of games, both inside and outdoors. Plenty of pool "toys" and the outside living area with misters was a hit! (we were there in July with 105 plus degree weather.) As this large family loves to cook and eat, the kitchen allowed more than enough room to sit around the islands/countertops and bar area and the kitchen tools were abundant, i.e., waffle maker, two types of coffee machines, rice cooker, french press, and two Le Creuset Dutch Ovens. For our littles, there was a Pack and Play, Highchair and Bouncer.I could go on and on, but I'll "land the they say, and finish up by saying, don't pass up this gem! You won't be disappointed!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

The house was ideal for our family providing ample space for all. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens and the gathering spaces were clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a Thanksgiving meal - the one or two items we were missing were promptly provided by management. The setting of this home is lovely with views of the mountains and golf course. It is private and spacious. The children loved the pool but also enjoyed playing on the lawn and riding their scooters in the quiet neighborhood. Our sons enjoyed playing a few different courses nearby. Since we were there at the start of the holiday season we took the family to the Wild Lights at the Living Desert Museum which was a highlight as well as to the tree lighting at La Quinta Resort. Some family members also enjoyed the Magic of Lights at the nearby polo fields. It was a memorable stay and we would return. Management was very attentive, however, having not rented through them before we would have appreciated more communication at time of booking. We were not sure if we'd rented through a legitimate service or not and had a difficult time reaching anyone to confirm. Fortunately, all was well and we enjoyed the property.
