Tranquil atmosphere in a historic house located on a charming and quiet street in the centre of Juiz de Fora. The house is furnished with rustic furniture, plants, and lots of natural art. We have private and shared rooms, comfortable for up to 3 people each, a spacious living room with Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. We have several sightseeing tips. 500m from the UFJF University Restaurant – City centre Unit. A simple home full of love! Ideal place to rest, study, or work. The space has a backyard and a small garden at the entrance, stairs leading to the living room. Dining room with tables and chairs, kitchen equipped with basic kitchen utensils, sink, stove, refrigerator, water filter, bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access: Garden, garage, bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Other observations: There will be other people in the house during your stay, the spaces are shared and the bedrooms are private. No smoking inside the house. We accept pets with additional fees. We will leave a printed house manual available.
