There were several minor issues during our stay. The host required us to leave the key in the lockbox every time we left. The hallway light switches were taped over with automatic sensor lights, which would randomly turn on throughout the night and were disruptive. The bathroom also wasn’t as clean as it could have been. While the issues were relatively minor, they definitely would have made me reconsider booking this property. The biggest issue was being charged an additional 200 after arriving for brining my kids whom we were visiting at UB. The listing stated that the property could accommodate up to 6 people, and there were 4 of us staying there. We were primarily using the property to sleep, my kids were getting ready at their school or we were out exploring the area. We were not spending much time at the property which is why the additional charge was disappointing. This was unfortunate because the listings price seemed reasonable initially, but after the additional charge, I no longer felt the stay was worth the cost.

Guest booked for 2 people but showed up 4 and all are adult. Guest hide the total guest numbers during booking. Host requested to adjust the actual numbers of guest in the app. Host did that and accordingly apps charge the extra fees for extra people. I will request the host put the right numbers of guest always. For your mistake you gave host low stars. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. Host is responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, many updates, and beautifully decorated. Just want we needed for our quick stay visiting family. Would definitely stay again!
