Living area has a gas fireplace, Stereo, 60" TV with Apple TV, Netflix, TSN, Sportsnet. 5 minute drive to downtown Canmore, 20 minutes to Banff, 40 minutes to Sunshine Ski Resort.

Why they chose this property
The Stewart Creek area is a relatively newly developed area of Canmore, and our development was just recently completed. The Stewart Creek area also has easy access to some of the bst hiking and mountain biking trails in the area.
What makes this property unique
The unit is virtually brand new and the building standards are the latest. The unit has radiant heat floors and a split system AC unit which is not standard in the development. It has been upgraded with built in closet units from California Closets.
