¥ 2,000 per linen item and towel
¥ 5,000 per comforter, pillow, and bed pad.

CHECK-IN
Online guest registration is required in advance.
You will receive check-in information and instructions a few days before your arrival.

CHECK-OUT
We will also provide you with details on how to check out of the apartment the day before. 
Please do not leave the apartment in a condition that requires excessive or deep cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.

LATE CHECK-OUT:
Check-out time is fixed; any delay of 15 minutes or more will incur a charge of 4,000 yen per hour.
Please be ready on time or arrange a late check-out in advance.

* All rooms are non-smoking (including the area around the building).
If smoking is confirmed in any way, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately, and/or you will be evicted without a refund.
Thank you for not smoking!

* The minimum damage fee starts at 10,000 yen. Any nights the property is unavailable for rental due to damage may be charged additionally.

* Guests must complete online registration before check-in by filling out a form with personal and travel information.
