The house is built entirely of wood. It is equipped with a modern gas central heating. The house is located on the Lahnsteiner-Höhe, in a particularly quiet location right on the Rheinsteig in the middle of the countryside. Next door is a hotel where you can have a cheap breakfast in the morning.
On the ground floor there is a small kitchen as a living area with seating and television, a bedroom with a double bed (bed linen and towels included), a bathroom with toilet and shower.
In the 1st On the first floor there is another bedroom with three beds (bed linen included) and a toilet with washing facilities. (An additional emergency bed can be provided (⏠15.00))
Behind the house there is seating with garden furniture, a grill and a shed for bicycles. There is a large parking lot available.
You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you, because what would an excursion into nature be without your darling?
Of course we take care of cleaning the house.
This house is a non smoking house. We ask for your understanding!
By car you can be in the center of Koblenz in just 10 - 15 minutes.
Lahnstein and Bad-Ems can also be reached quickly by car.

Do you have to work in and around Koblenz? The house has a large parking lot, so that you can also arrive with large machines, trucks.
You can also travel with larger groups. There are two more holiday homes and a hotel in the immediate vicinity. Talk to us, we will take care of it.
Each of our holiday homes has its own grill.
The Rheinsteig leads directly past the holiday home - probably one of the most famous hiking trails.
Right next to the house is a small open and well ventilated shed. Here you can park your bikes or hang clothes to dry.
The house is fully furnished. We provide bed linen and towels. We also take care of the cleaning.
