Bring family and friends to this great place with lots of room. Sleeps 11 comfortably but can accommodate 12 on a single floor mattress . Unit with AC, BBQ & Garage. Easy access to highways. A few minute drive to south health campus, cineplex, major shopping and restaurants.
If reservation is for 12 adults than floor mattress is setup.
Max 2 pets each must be under 30lbs weight limit. If pet does not fit the criteria please ask host for exception which maybe granted at the time of booking.
This unit has 2 separate legal suites. You will have access to both units.
