‣ Hot tub is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM ‣ Registered guests only ‣ Shower before use to reduce oils, lotions, deodorant, and dirt in the water ‣ No bubble bath, soaps, oils, bath products, or similar products ‣ No glassware in or near the hot tub area ‣ No food or drinks inside the hot tub ‣ Swimwear only ‣ Only potty-trained children may use the hot tub ‣ Please limit sessions to 30 minutes or less ‣ Do not remove the chlorine floater or pool monitor ‣ Replace the cover after each use ‣ Quiet voices only during evening use
Please note: If bubble bath, soap, oils, glass, debris, or other contamination are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean may be required at a cost of $500 plus tax.
⚠️ PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS To keep the home safe, guest-ready, and protected for every stay, all guests must complete a short pre-arrival process before receiving check-in instructions.
This is handled through Linkbase, a secure, app-free guest portal. You do not need to download an app or create an account.

The house was beautifully decorated and suited our group perfectly. The host was responsive and friendly. We loced that we could park in the double garage and had access to the hot tub.
Really nice house. Very clean. Hot tub was hot and easy to use. Beds are comfortable. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Parking is a bit difficult as the street is very busy and our pickup truck didn’t fit in the garage. The thermostat didn’t seem to control the heat of the place and it stayed around 19 degrees the whole time which is a bit on the cold side for us.

We’ve since checked the heating system and found that some upstairs vents were closed, which affected airflow. This has been resolved and added to our routine checks to ensure consistent comfort moving forward.
For parking, larger trucks can be a tighter fit in the garage and street parking can be busy at times, but we do our best to guide guests in advance so there are no surprises.
