With an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area opening up to the outdoor terrace, this bright, sun-drenched home brings the perfect balance of beach house and modern charm for a beach holiday. The guest bedrooms sit at one end of the property, with the master bedroom with an ensuite at the other end, providing the perfect parents' retreat. The two bunk rooms are interconnected, allowing easy play for the children, with plenty of board games and activities provided. Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home provide comfort in every season, and an open fireplace adds ambiance during the colder months.
Sliding stackable doors stretch the indoor spaces to an outdoor dining area overlooking the large solar-heated swimming pool, creating a great area to spend the afternoons and evenings. The fully-fenced property provides privacy with high-sitting trees and a spacious yard space between the large front deck and the road. Located on a quiet court, this beach house allows you to ease into a comfortable and quiet holiday whilst being a quick stroll away from Portsea Hotel, Pier, and Bay beaches.
