The Space:

Positioned directly on the sand along Malibu’s iconic coastline, this 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate embodies the essence of refined Malibu living. Walls of glass frame sweeping ocean vistas, while interiors are designed to balance sophistication with comfort.



The main level features an open living, dining, and wet bar area, anchored by a designer Bulthaup kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a custom center island. Outdoors, an expansive deck with a sunken spa creates an extraordinary space for relaxation or entertaining, set against the soundtrack of the ocean.



Upstairs, the oversized primary suite offers panoramic views, a sitting area with fireplace, and a spa-inspired bath with soaking tub and dual vanities. Three additional ensuite guest suites provide refined comfort, while the top level reveals a spectacular ocean-view deck with fireplace and two flexible rooms, ideal for a home office or gym. A private elevator connects all three floors with ease.



Additional amenities include a 2-car garage with extra parking, Control 4 home automation, and exclusive Stay Awhile guest partnerships with Erewhon Market (pre-arrival fridge stocking) and CURE Wellness (private spa and gym access).



**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit privately. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

Casa Mara is a beachfront home located at the most desirable section of Malibu Road. Located off of Pacific Coast Highway on a quiet street this central Malibu location is close to all the great amenities Malibu has to offer. You can get to restaurants, super market, retail shops all without getting onto Pacific Coast Highway.



Getting Around:

Sightseeing in Malibu is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Malibu. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.



1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.



2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.



5) Quiet hours: 9:00 pm to 9:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



7) Day of Arrival:

Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.



8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.



9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.





Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
