Recently renovated penthouse by the sea. Everything new and modern. Málaga centrum and airport in 30 minutes. Great chiringuitos and restaurants nearby. Nice terraces with 180 degrees of view over the sea. 2 bedrooms (and 1 extra) and 2 bathrooms brand new. New cakes with very modern appliances and a very large living room. Garden with shower. Private parking and bus in less then 200 meters. In Rincon de la Victoria, a beautiful place next to malaga city. Malaga is well connected to areas by car, bus or bike. Malaga with its great museums, restaurants, beautiful boulevard. El Palo and Pedragalejo are also included. You can find many fish restaurants there. The beach is for the penthouse, very quiet but only a few minutes from the boulevard of Rincon. There are also naturist beaches nearby. And the famous cities like Cordoba, Granada and Seville are within hours of areas. With AVE, Madrid is only two and a half hours

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (15 und 18 J.)) eine tolle Ferienwoche Anfang Oktober verbracht. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage (nahe zur Autobahn Richtung Malaga oder Almeria), fußläufig zum Supermarkt, direkt am breiten Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und hat einen fantastischen Meeresblick (180 Grad Meer). Die Wohnung ist top renoviert und top ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Wir kommen wieder.

Apartamento nuevo, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado
El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado. Las vistas son impresionantes y es un sitio para relajarse en la terraza. Bien equipado con todos los electrodomésticos. No recomendado para personas con poca movilidad ya que es un tercero sin ascensor. Por ponerle alguna pega el olor de las tuberías del baño.

Beautiful Convenient Location - Owner Needs to Deal with Odor
The location was fantastic. We loved the area and would visit it again. The space to park the car was a plus. The chiringuitos along the beach were a treat. It was great being able to walk for groceries & restaurants. The distance to Malaga city was also a bonus.
The strong odor throughout the unit was really horrible and, I feel, prohibitive for renting as a vacation unit. Sometimes the smell was akin to rotten broccoli...sometimes raw sewage. The smell in the middle room never went away -- similar to musky smelling marijuana.
Upon arrival, I contacted the owner. He said he was aware of the problem, which originated in the unit below. Since he was aware of this, he should have been more forthcoming with me upon rental. It is really disappointing to travel so far to such a beautiful place, then have to deal with the issues of the apartment. I, personally, would not have rented the unit if I'd known about the strong odor.
There were 2 AC units, but we were only meant to use one. If you choose to rent this unit, know that you will be in a beautiful location. You may want to inquire about the odor & determine whether you will be able to run both AC units. You should also ask for the guide on the unit. We did not receive that until after we arrived. We had to translate it piecemeal into English. You will need to get the keys from the lockbox at the unit before driving your car through the gate to the building & car park.
The owner was responsive to emails and agreed to return a dress we left hanging in the closet.

Beautiful penthouse close to the great city of Malaga. The penthouse lays at the beach with 180dgr views of the Meditarean Sea. The penthouse is just renovatie in juni 2016. Iis suitable for 4 persons with all the modern equipment you need. You can reach airport and Málaga city centre within half an hour. There is also good public transport stopping in front of the complex . There is also a private parking space
