Classic Quebec Chalet Vibe with lots of room for family and friends, Land is connected to Velo MSM. 5 Minute walk to ski hill. Same distance the other way to golf!! Our property is unique with 13 acres of forest right at Mont Ste Marie!! Lots of trees to view down the ravine with our own hiking trail being improved all the time. Link to bike trails, hiking, snowshoe and a boat launch pass for town. There are tennis courts and a small beach area not too far away on Lac Fournier. And we have a safe firepit to enjoy and 3 person hot tub.
