As for the cleanliness of the establishment, we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we take this issue very seriously and will look into our cleaning process to ensure that everything is clean for our future guests.
As for the wood , we would also like to apologize for the miscommunication. We strive to give our guests the most accurate information available to us, but it seems there was a miscommunication between us regarding the wood and the fire pit. We appreciate you letting us know about this issue, which will allow us to work on improving this in the future.
