Not acceptable for North American standards. No TV, stocked with items thrift stores couldn’t sell- one normal knife , the rest were sharp and thin, 2 small spoons, forks and larger spoons available. Found cups in a pampers box under the sink. Disgusting well used 1 pan, 2 burnt out pots, fridge didn’t always close properly so it either warmed up inside or chilled to frozen. Items left behind in freezer. Stove was dirty, dirty sheets, baseboards, sub standard everything. Delay in checking in- code was incorrect and cleaner was still cleaning with all windows open to clear smoke and smells. A storage area filled with previous renters items. Hap hazard furniture including a printer.Totally disappointed and disgusting. Doors were black with dirt, from front door to bathroom and bedroom doors. Even after washing sheets, they were permanently stained. Stained comforters. No dish towels (no dishwasher) told to use towels from bathroom. Towels, hand towels and face cloths were the only items somewhat clean. I could not believe this place was given a high rating.Hostess was pleasant and communication was good. However, there were too many things to bother her about as well didn’t have time.Not even close to being acceptable.
