The view is the only good thing about this cabin. There is no hot water and one of the beds broke the moment we sat on it.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful views from the cabin. Our cleaning team inspects the home thoroughly before every arrival, and all furniture was in good working order prior to your stay. We have repaired the bed to ensure it is sturdy for future guests. Regarding the hot water, the local power company occasionally resets the grid, which requires a quick reset of the water heater system. We provide clear instructions for this in the home, but we are always available to assist if guests reach out. We wish we had heard from you during your stay so we could have resolved these matters immediately to improve your experience.
