Key Details (All spaces for guest exclusive use) • Occupancy & Value: Comfortably accommodates 4 guests and can easily fit up to 6—an ideal, cost-effective choice for small groups or families. • Two Bedrooms: Both of them have a queen-size bed (1.5m). • Open-Concept Living Space: Integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. • Practical Amenities: One bathroom (with an operable vent window), a laundry area, and an outdoor patio. • To welcome FIFA 2026, we have specially equipped a high-definition TV and subscribed to multiple channels including sports and entertainment. • Free street parking is available on 12th Street, providing great convenience for guests traveling by car.
Guest Access Rights 1. You will have exclusive use of the entire unit, including the two bedrooms, open-concept living area, bathroom, laundry area, and outdoor patio—all facilities are fully equipped and ready for your use. 2. The kitchen (with cookware), washing machine/dryer, and sofa bed are all accessible to you. We also provide basic kitchen supplies, essential cooking seasonings, and laundry detergent for your convenience. 3. There is no need to share the above spaces with others. We kindly request no pets or indoor smoking; if you smoke on the patio, please clean up afterward.

What a warm and welcoming kind host! The place is spotlessly clean, close to Vancouver General Hospital which was why I chose it and close to many restaurants and funky shops. So pleased with our stay

We enjoyed our stay here and didn't miss anything! The hosts created not just a functional but also very welcoming and nicely decorated place. They responded super fast to any messages and were very accommodating all around.
