I arrived at the property located at 802 W 2nd Avenue only to find that someone was already in the property. This created a serious inconvenience for me and my family. There was a lack of vacancies in the area. We traveled from Connecticut to Georgia for a funeral almost didn’t have a place to stay. I had to spend 733.04 for a hotel room for me and my family. I feel we should be reimbursed for air bob as well as the extra money we had to spend because of this situation. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
