Relax with the whole family in my beautiful home within a very quiet neighborhood.
Situated just 3mins drive from the main/private hospitals and the esplanade.
Can accommodate comfortably up to 8 adults in 4 brms and 2 full bathrooms.
Very close to all that Hervey Bay has to offer including its many, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Enjoy Whale watch/Kongari/sunset tours, markets, mini golf, parks/dog parks and botanical gardens.
Pet friendly and the host would love lots of pats and cuddles!
Whether you’re here for business or holidays with family and friends Stays with Ripley will provide you with a very relaxing, peaceful and comfortable home away from home.
Experience a full kitchen with all cooking facilities, pots, pans and utensils required.
A Nespresso coffee pod machine and milk froffer is available as well as the normal appliances you would expect in a home including toaster, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Your comfort is my highest priority with Canningvale 1000 thread luxury linen provided for a restful nights sleep.
All rooms have ceiling fans with majority having reverse cycle with smart TV’s and a large 65 inch smart TV in the living area.
Board and card games are provided for your enjoyment.
The secure outdoor area includes dining table, chairs, BBQ and fire pit surrounded by maintained lawns and garden to enjoy those wonderful days and evenings within the home.
Be reassured young children and family pets will be very safe.
Guests can be welcomed by their host on the day of arrival but if you would prefer a more personal experience a key lock is available. Please advise host when you book which you’d prefer.
Property is an entire 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with a very secure backyard for pets.Please contact host by phone or email any time of day.
Please note host works full time Monday to Friday and can only accommodate requests before 0730 or after 1630hrs.
For any urgent matters host can come home briefly during these times but is available by phone at any time thank you.
Host lives at back of property in own cabin with separate entrance/yard/high fence and does not impact on guests stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off gas to barbeque on leaving.
Please either return keys to key box or leave on kitchen bench and lock main door on leaving.
Please turn off air-conditioning on leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Host lives onsite, please park to right side of driveway at all times. I love my lawn and garden, please no parking on lawn No extra guests allowed.
Please respect the neighbourhood with quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Use bins provided. No open flames or candles. Please report damages immediately.
Pets allowed inside but strictly not on bedding and kept under control at all times. No excessive noise. Dispose of waste Fee of $50 per stay charged.

I'm a cheerful, friendly full time Clinical nurse for over 30+ years who loves to meet + share with people their travelling experiences.
My main interests are I looove the cinema + enjoy travelling whether it's short trips in my little van or overseas.
I most enjoy spending time with family + close friends.
I'm unfortunately in between dogs atm as my beautiful 14 yr old girl Ripley passed away this year + now it's just Puss Puss + I.

Why they chose this property

Originally from Mildura, I initially chose Hervey Bay to be closer to my parents, to be able to just drop in for a cuppa and spend more time with them which I love.
Also, the year-round warm weather and close proximity to the Sunshine coast and Brisbane.
Hervey Bay has many world-renowned local attractions including Kongari and whale watching tours, the beautiful barrier reef and within a 2-3 hr drive to Australia zoo.

What makes this property unique

My beautiful home is within 2-3 minutes' drive to the local hospitals and the 10km esplanade of Hervey Bay with its beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, markets and water park.
My property is sun drenched, airy, bright, with beautiful gardens and is very secure for children and pets.
I use luxury linen, all Canningvale 1000 thread and soft large towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make any type of meal.
