The host and the cottage were both excellent. We found fresh flowers and chocolate and fresh organic eggs waiting to greet us!! The cottage was lovely and had all the extras that were supplied to make our stay so enjoyable. The views were wonderful. Such a great clean and inviting place to call your home away from home.

We enjoyed our vacation at this pristine cottage. Had everything we needed to make this a memorable stay including watwr views. Communication with the host was prompt and check in was seamless. Close to amenities. We rented e-bikes and had a great dinner at locations close to the cottage. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Montague! The home was clean, had excellent amenities and was well stocked in terms of household supplies. Upon arrival, we were greeted with local treats including organic farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread, local butter along with a mixture of sweet and salty treats! The location was excellent if interested in exploring the eastern part of the province but it is also a comfortable drive to Charlottetown. The home is situated on the water in a quiet setting where you can experience amazing sunrises, seals and fishing boats coming and going. Becky’s communication was very timely, professional and informative. We would strongly recommend that friends and family book a stay here in the future and we certainly hope to return!!

Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. Close to Montague, close to beaches, close to lighthouses! We did an eastern coastal tour (plus Cavendish) during our stay and the property was centrally located! Cottage was very clean and comfy. However, floors and beds are squeaky (only an issue if you get up in the middle of the night). There is a beautful view of the bay, but no safe access to the water on the property for swimming... not really an issue as there are very nice beaches very close by. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Quality cottage was as advertised. Actually larger than the photos looked. Beautiful view of the water out of the very large windows. We were a family of 5 with adult children. Everyone was impressed.

The cottage was cozy, beautifully decorated and equipped with all that a traveler needs, including toothbrush and first aid supplies! Host Rebecca gave us a welcome offering of fresh eggs, bread, and chocolate caramels! The ocean views were fabulous with big picture windows. The place was spacious enough for a family to really hang out, and relax. Nice short walk to the park and stairs to the beach.

I chose Lower Montague for its stunning waterfront views and easy access to town, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and golf — the perfect blend of convenience and island tranquility.

What makes this property unique

This waterfront cottage is unique for its stunning water views in every direction — look left, look right, even watch the seals with binoculars! A short walk will take you to the tip(or the end) of the road, with public access and water entry for kayaks or canoes. Panmure Island is 24 mins away, Montague 12 mins away, Brudenell Golf Course is 20 mins away and lots of great restaurants all around. If you want great coffee, The Lucky Bean Cafe in Montague. Copper Bottom Brewing is an award‑winning microbrewery with a lively taproom, kitchen, and patio overlooking the Montague waterfront. Bogside Brewing offers a large taproom and beer garden with many locally made beers (as well as ciders and other drinks) on tap not to mention a great food menu. All family friendly and a great place to spend an evening, not to mention just minutes from the Confederation Trail, perfect for cycling, walking, or running while taking in PEI’s scenic countryside.
You can cook yourself up oysters, clams, mussels, lobsters if thats what you came for or if you want a good cut of steak we can steer:) you in the right direction. While this area has plenty to do, the rest of PEI is just a short drive away, that's the beauty of the Island, offering even more beaches, trails, towns, and attractions to explore.
