Hi, we’re Salvador and Emily. Salvador is a retired chemical engineer, and together we’ve always loved spending time by the sea, visiting Rincón often in our younger years. In 2012, just before our grandson was born, we found this villa and made it our family retreat — a place for rest, laughter, and time with loved ones.

We’ve always loved Rincón for its friendly community, warm weather, and world-class beaches. When we found this villa just steps from the ocean, we knew it was something special. The gated community, beautiful landscaping, and nearby amenities made it the perfect spot for a beach retreat.
