The lounge offers a comfortable setting to unwind with plush seating, a wood heater, TV with Netflix, and board games for relaxed evenings indoors. Nearby, the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, making everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners feel effortless. The dining area sits beside the home’s signature leafy feature wall, creating a vibrant backdrop for meals with family and friends.

Sliding outside, the undercover entertaining area extends the living space with a relaxed garden setting surrounded by greenery. Outdoor lounges, sun loungers, fairy lights, and lanterns create an inviting space for slow mornings, afternoon drinks, or evenings spent outdoors. The surrounding gardens further enhance the home’s peaceful atmosphere.

The main bedroom is positioned privately at the front of the home with a queen bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, wall-mounted air conditioning, and direct access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom includes a double bed, built-in robe, and its own air conditioning, while the third bedroom offers a king single bed and a cosy setup. The main bathroom is thoughtfully separated into multiple spaces, including a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity area, and separate toilet for added convenience. A second bathroom with integrated laundry facilities, including a washing machine, adds extra practicality for longer stays.

Guests also have access to on-site parking for two vehicles, with one secure garage space and one driveway space available.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
