When I arrived at the accommodation the car park was too small for my car. I questioned them and they said that I could park in an unsecured car park down the road. The size of the car park wasn't listed in the booking description. I believe they have changed that now. When I said I wasn't comfortable leaving my brand new car in a unsecured car park 5 minute walk away, they didn't seem to care. I asked to cancel and only a partial refund but they declined and so therefore I found other accommodation and lost my money. I'm not happy about the situation and I told them I would leave them a bad review. They didn't seem to care. The unit looked nice but we only stepped into it. Never touched anything or used anything. It might be petty but I wasn't comfortable leaving my car in another location.
