The property does include covered parking in the form of a carport rather than a fully enclosed garage, and we understand that this may not have been clear. We have since updated the listing description to better clarify the parking arrangement for future guests. We also sincerely apologize for the issue with the heating system during your stay. Unfortunately, the system experienced an unexpected failure over the weekend. Once we were notified, we contacted our warranty provider right away, and the earliest available HVAC appointment was Tuesday. At that visit, the technician determined that the system needed to be fully replaced, which has since been completed. We understand the inconvenience this caused, and we hope the full refund provided helped alleviate the disruption to your stay.
