The village is located away from the main roads, in a quiet setting.<br>There are no shops in the village; most are located in Bagnères-de-Bigorre, a few kilometres away.<br>A playground is available in the centre of the village, near the Alaric River, featuring a pétanque court, a children’s play area, and a ping-pong table. <br>The holiday rental is a 68m² house with no direct neighbors, featuring a living room, a semi-open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.<br>A wooded, enclosed garden featuring two covered patios and a storage shed, with unobstructed views of the Pic du Midi, the Pic du Montaigu, and the Pyrenean mountain ranges.<br>1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of 2 pull-out beds (90 cm each), and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. <br>Living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, coffee table, dining table, and wood-burning stove.<br>Newly equipped kitchen with sink, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and high table and chairs for dining.<br>Terraces furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, and a barbecue.<br>Parking spaces with a gate.<br>Our mother, Mrs. Christine VERDOUX, lives nearby (large anthracite-colored gate). Please call her directly to confirm your arrival time.<br><br>She will come to give you the keys, provide you with the necessary instructions for using the property, and will be there to inspect the property upon your departure. <br>She’s also a great source of advice on exploring the region, mountain hiking trails, walks near the house, local recommendations, restaurants, and activities, etc., and depending on the season, you can enjoy the produce from the vegetable garden and orchard… <br>We’ve put a lot of heart into restoring this family home, even though we’re not professionals. Rental income is used primarily to maintain and improve the house, so we ask everyone to treat the property with respect, and we welcome any suggestions for improvement you may have!<br><br>Important Information: . Electricity is included during the summer months but not included in the winter (November–March); please plan for this additional cost.<br>
