Die StrandnĂ€he und der Aufzug waren fĂŒr uns und unseren alten Hund sehr praktisch. Die KĂŒche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, die Wohnung geschickt eingerichtet. Manche EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde funktionieren, sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der Hausflur wurde renoviert, gestrichen und neuer Boden verlegt, das war störend.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, der Strand mit der Strandpromenade - sehr schön!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Sie war nicht sehr sauber und der Geruch war alles andere als angenehm. Gut, dass es einen Balkon gibt und StrandstĂŒhle und dass das Wetter super war, so dass wir uns nicht lange in der Wohnung aufhalten brauchten.

En hiver il ne faut pas s'attendre à beaucoup de beau teps Mais les balades sur les plages restent magiques et puis si la pluie s'invite de trop il y a la découverte des mémorial du débarquement. Tellement chargé d'émotions Merci à Marine pour son accueil

Logement non adapté aux familles

La communication avec la conciergerie Ă©tait trĂšs bien, cela dit le logement n’était pas du tout adaptĂ©e a une famille de 4 mĂȘme si les enfants ont 5 et 9 ans : - ballon d’eau chaude ne fonctionne que sommairement mĂȘme en marche forcĂ©e ( seule rĂ©ponse du propriĂ©taire) mĂȘme en faisant attention nous pu faire qu’une douche sur 4. - douche complĂ©ment bouchĂ©e - remontĂ©e de canalisation - cuisine mal ajustĂ©e (impossible d’ouvrir le friser) - 2 chaĂźnes de TV ( compliquĂ© lors des journĂ©es humides) Nous avons Ă©courtĂ© notre sĂ©jour d’une journĂ©e, Ne pouvant plus supporter les prestations proposĂ©es. Aucun geste ni mĂȘme un message du propriĂ©taire. Il est facile de faire de la location saisonniĂšre on sent qu’il ne s’agit que de faire du chiffre sans faire d’efforts sur la qualitĂ© du Logement. Pour conclure : nous arrĂȘtons ce type de location et nous privilĂ©gierons des nuitĂ©es Ă  l’hĂŽtel

Great Base In Cabourg

Nice neat apartment in a great location for Cabourg beach & the rest of Normandy. Not enormous, but very nicely appointed. Frederic & Regis couldn't have been more responsive and helpful, so overall a great experience.
