Location, comfort, cleanliness and amenities all good. Sadly the hot water was not working at the time we arrived at 2pm on Good Friday after traveling by plane & train from Singapore - so we weren't pleased. This was corrected by 6pm same day. We didn't select breakfast option as it wasn't included in price. Great location to old town and shopping and restaurants.
