This comfortable pet friendly vacation getaway for owners and their four legged friends is conveniently located near walking trails, fun attractions and beaches. The roomy interior has two bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed, 2 full bathrooms, a workspace with desk, 2 Smart tvs, a well equipped kitchen, a den and a separate "Florida room" with queen sized sleeper sofa with privacy drapes. The house has a large, shaded fully fenced backyard, a private wrap around deck with deck chairs, dining table with umbrella, a brand new propane grill for cooking locally caught seafood and a propane fire pit for relaxing under the stars. There is a finished basement with a pool table, cornhole boards, card table and lots of old school board games for rainy day fun. The outdoor shower, as well as the dog wash, are on the lower deck, accessible from the basement sliders. The basement also has a comfortable "dog room" for the dogs to hang out in if you choose to leave them while you are out enjoying Cape life. Central air, whole house generator. Linens not included, but can be rented, just ask!

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected.
