My name is Natalie and I have been a Petersham local for over 8 years. I love the inner west from its vibrant cafe /restaurant scene to the abundance of parks / walking trails.
Why they chose this property
I chose this area as its only 6kms from the CBD. Lewisham train station is only 1km away with plenty of public transport including the light rail, bus and the metro conveniently located in Sydenham
What makes this property unique
I might be bias but I love the old school charm that meets modern architecture my home delivers. Its small but it packs a punch with plenty of natural light coming in from all angles. The cute front porch is where I sit to have my coffee and the backyard with the umbrella is where I wind down with the open plan living its lifestyle at its best.
