Overall our family had a great vacation together. However, the house itself needs updates and maintenance. Pool was not cleaned when we arrived. There was so much sand on the bottom that was not vacuumed out. When called to report, pool cleaner came out but but still sand was not cleaned out at the bottom of the pool when they left. Called for other maintenance issues. The bottom level outdoor area was dirty, furniture was dirty with a lot of spider webs and bugs all over so could not really sit there. It was also strange 2 bedrooms did not have a closet at all to hang up clothes. One was the main master king bedroom.

Property was as good as advertised. All communications with host were done timely and any questions/issues were completed professionally. Overall experience was one of the best our family has experienced and we have been coming to Sandbridge Beach for the past 12 years.
