Comfortable vacation apartment with a wonderful view, simply to feel good

In our house, we attach particular importance to comfort and convenience.
Our apartment can accommodate 2-4 people, (approx. 60 m2) is furnished with attention to detail and with a lot of joy.

Our new renovated apartment consists of:
• a living room furnished in a country style
• Seating area offers enough space for 2-4 people
• TV corner with a flat screen TV
• modern equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven, kettle, coffee machine, ...
• 2 bedrooms with double beds
• shower with toilet
• free internet access (WLAN)
• Separate entrance
• Bed linen, hand and tea towels are of course sufficiently available
• Parking lot is right by the house
• In addition, the apartment has direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with cozy garden furniture in summer, and from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of our Montafon mountains.

You can look forward to a comfortable living situation that gives you independence and freedom of movement.

Besser geht es nicht!

Eine liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Der Blick auf das ruhige Tal und die vielen Möglichkeiten, von hier aus das wunderschöne Montafon zu erkunden, machen den Aufenthalt im „Haus Schwarzhans“ so besonders. Vor allem durch die aufmerksame und charmante Gastfreundschaft von Doris und Ludwig hat man das Gefühl wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Winterurlaub in Silbertal

Wir hatten einen tollen Winterurlaub. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Lift entfernt. Die Vermieter, Doris und Ludwig, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das auch dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir mit den Kindern eine unbeschwerte Zeit verbringen konnten. Danke! Einfach zum Wohlfühlen

Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet und liebevoll gepflegt. Auf der großen Terrasse oberhalb der rauschenden Litz mit einem wunderbaren Blick ins Tal haben wir besonders gerne gesessen. Danke an Doris für den netten Kontakt!

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten den Urlaub kurzfristig gebucht und haben es so gut getroffen. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und unterstützten uns in jeglicher Hinsicht, besser geht nicht!!!! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man fühlt sich schon beim Eintreten sehr wohl. Es fehlt an nichts! Atemberaubend ist der Blick von der Terrasse in die Bergwelt. Tolle Wohnung, super Lage, mega freundliche Vermieter

Die Buchung und Anreise war sehr unproblematisch. Fragen vorab wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung war mega sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten Gesellschaftsspiele dabei, aber es sind auch Gesellschaftsspiele vor Ort. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 9-10 Minuten beim Spar und innerhalb von 4-5 Minuten an der 2er Gondel. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Gleich bei Betreten der Wohnung haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Außerdem standen genügend Handtücher zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und günstig gelegen. Zum Spar-Laden sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und das Gute daran ist, daß einem auf dem Weg dahin fast kein Auto begenet. Direkt am Lift durften wir Ski und Skistiefel kostenlos deponieren. Und last but not least sind die Vermieter wirklich sehr, sehr nette Leute. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlurlaub in Silbertal

Wir waren zum ersten Mal zu Besuch in der Region Montafon. Der kleine Ort Silbertal ist ruhig und malerisch gelegen. Der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Den Ausblick auf die Litz und die Berge haben wir sehr genossen. Für Gäste in den Sommermonaten ist der Besuch der Montafoner Sagenfestspiele in Silbertal ganz besonders zu empfehlen. Eintrittskarten sollte man im Vorfeld buchen, da die Nachfrage sehr groß ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Unsere Gastgeber, Doris und Ludwig, sind sehr warmherzig, freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit in allen Anliegen. Zwei gemeinsam verbrachte, gesellige Abende gaben uns wirklich das Gefühl bei Freunden zu sein. Wir sind froh, sie kennengelernt zu haben! Wenn wir wieder einen Besuch im Montafon planen, dann sicher wieder bei euch, Doris und Ludwig!
