This bright and spacious ground-floor apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, including a main with ensuite and walk-in shower for easy access.

Enjoy family meals in the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, or relax together in the cosy lounge after a fun-filled day at the beach. Step outside to your private patio—a shady spot perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or watching the world go by.

With Bennett’s Beach just across the road and Hawks Nest’s shops, parks, and local cafés all nearby, Nautilus 2 offers everything you need for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday by the Beach.

-No Lift, stairs only in this complex - Ground floor unit.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
