Pool Waterfalls: The pool waterfalls are normally turned off. If you would like them turned on during your stay, please contact us with your preferred time, and we will coordinate with our team to get the owner’s approval before switching them on.
Parking: Driveway parking is available. Garage access is not permitted.
Umbrellas Usage Instructions: Please open and extend the umbrellas only when there is no wind. If windy conditions develop after the umbrella has been opened, kindly close it immediately. The umbrella must not be left unattended under any circumstances, and guests are responsible for ensuring it is properly closed and stored when not in use. Please note that any damage resulting from neglect is the responsibility of the guest.
Appliance Operation: Remember to knock on the fridge window to see inside, and knock on the Miele dishwasher to open it.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!
Please note that the outdoor decking may cause splinters, so we kindly ask guests to take extra care when letting pets roam outside.
To maintain the home’s cleanliness for future guests, any but not limited to excessive pet mess—including fur build-up, litter, or dirty stains—will incur a minimum charge of $200 or the additional cleaning cost, whichever is higher.
Important House Guidelines for a Great Stay
To ensure you have the best experience and to keep our home running smoothly, we kindly ask that you follow these essential guidelines:
WiFi Connectivity: To ensure a stable internet connection for your stay, please do not unplug, reset, or reboot the WiFi modem. If you experience any connection issues, let us know immediately so we can assist. Please note that unauthorized tampering may result in a technical service fee.
Pool & Waterfall: We want you to enjoy the pool area! For your safety and the maintenance of the equipment, please do not adjust any pool or waterfall controls. If you’d like the waterfall turned on, simply message or call us—we’ll happily send someone over to assist you.
Security & Safety: For the protection of both our guests and the property, external security cameras must remain active and unobstructed at all times. Tampering with, moving, or turning off cameras is a serious violation of our house rules. Please be aware that doing so will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, along with applicable fees.
- Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Let Go Property House Rules & Policies
We are dedicated to providing premium, beautifully maintained, and clean short-term accommodation for our valued guests. To achieve this, we have established these house rules in line with local council requirements, industry standards, neighbor feedback, and best business practices.
We understand some of these rules may feel strict, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Please know that they are necessary to meet council regulations, protect our properties, maintain positive relationships with neighbors, and ultimately ensure the highest level of service for all guests. By continuing to book with us, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these house rules throughout their stay.
Booking & Financial Policies
• Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.
• Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests. Failure to relay this information may result in miscommunication that could affect the guest experience.
• Extra Cleaning Charges: Additional fees will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon departure, or if unallocated beds, bedding, or linen are used.
• Damages & Loss: Please report any accidental breakage or damage as soon as practically possible so we can arrange prompt repairs or replacement. Depending on the severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation. Guests are also fully liable for the replacement costs of any lost keys, remotes, or fobs.
• Lockouts: If you lock yourself out, do not arrange your own locksmith. We utilize a preferred locksmith for security and property consistency. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange access. A minimum call-out charge of $250.
