Architect designed house within a secure gated facility with magnificent views over Airlie Beach township and out towards the islands. A wide full width balcony was a lovely place to eat breakfast and enjoy the winter sun that Queensland has to offer. A well set up kitchen and dining room also included a very large Samsung TV with all the goodies that you'd expect.A couple of small issues did detract however. A spectacular upstairs Master bedroom and ensuite had windows facing east with no blinds or curtains so when the sun rose in the morning, so did you. (We relocated to the lower floor which did not have this issue but sadly meant that we missed out on the upstairs ensuite experience). Also some of the kitchen utensils are in urgent need of replacement.Overall however, a great holiday experience.

The directions for arriving and checking in were extremely easy and helpful, the team at WV were very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I cannot flaw the team at WV thank you ladies for being AMAZING we will definitely book again with you. The rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. A few issues to note, we did find dirty tissues under the bed in the master bedroom (courtesy of our children putting their hands under the bed and finding this), and lipstick stains on one of the the clean towels. Apart from this, everything else was clean and tidy, and had ample amenities. The master bedroom didn’t have any blockout curtains so at 6am the sun was shining through the room but we loved this as it was our very own alarm clock to wake up and enjoy Airlie. The pool was lovely, the kids enjoyed going for a swim. The outdoor area is absolutely stunning, the views were amazing and had ample seating options. My family and I enjoyed playing a couple of board games out there.l and enjoyed overlooking such a beautiful ocean and scenic view. The kitchen was clean and tidy however was hard to enjoy a hot beverage because there wasn’t enough mugs in the house. Apart from that the kitchen is well stocked with everything else you need, however we didn’t cook or use any of the appliances besides the kettle and microwave. We did have an emergency when the whole shower head fell off and hurt my mother but we did have 2 other showers to use
