Entertain during tournament week in this refreshed 3 bedroom + Den/Office/4th bedroom & 2.5 bath home located within walking distance to the Peconic Bay & Beach. This house sleeps up to 8 people and is conveniently located between Southampton & Sag Harbor. The adorable home is fully furnished with designer pieces, a fully stocked kitchen and ample linens. The main living area is blessed with an abundance of light provided by the many windows overlooking the front and back yards. A new heated pool has been added with new landscaping and fencing throughout, in addition to a cozy gas fire pit seating area. An office with high speed internet and printer is located on the main floor. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement.

The large fenced-in back yard provides a great safe area for entertaining and allowing the kids to play on the swing set or make s'mores on the fire pit. The outdoor dining area seats 8 and is steps away from a Weber BBQ grill. The North Sea bay beach is located a quick 5-7 minute walk from the house. No beach pass necessary as this house has deeded beach access. Bring your kayak or paddle board! Small dogs (20 lbs or less) are welcome.

If you are looking for a well-appointed home with a home office, new pool, space to roam, fresh air, a back yard for the kids to play and walks on the beach and plenty of parking, this is the perfect spot for you. This home is located in the Southampton School District.
