We had a great stay! The owner was very friendly and had great communication. We mentioned the hot tub looked a little dirty and they got right on it. It was serviced ASAP and we were able to use it. Beds and pillows were comfortable, space was clean and the outdoor area was fun.

The home has everything you need for your stay. I liked that the kitchen was fully equipped, as I did cook dinner 1-2 nights. The enclosed backyard for the dogs was great. I didn't have to worry about them getting out. And the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. A short walk to the beach, it took us no time to get there. If you do want to drive onto the beach, there's a daily fee of 15 or an annual fee of 30. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the xbox.

My kids and I really enjoyed it here! It was a quick easy walk to the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it would be nice when it’s colder outside. House was clean (ottoman has quite a bit of stains) and had everything we needed. They loved having a balcony off their rooms, especially to watch a storm that was rolling in. My only complaint is the water quality, which is a city problem. Definitely bring water bottles for drinking, cooking, brushing your teeth etc. It tastes and smells weird Overall, great experience for a fun beach trip.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
When arriving at the house right at check in time, the cleaning crew was still there so we had to wait 30 minutes for them to be done. There were empty water bottles in the yard and the propane grill did not work(listing showed charcoal grill). Informed property manager that my dog damaged one of the blinds amd she did not respond. The next day I got a 250 charge on my debit card. I then text the property manager and she called stating the blinds would actually be 750 to replace. I asked for an invoice and she emailed one that she had just typed up. I asked for an actual one from the company that did the replacement. I never heard back from them until 2 weeks later. She text stating they were able to just repair them and is 375 total and asked for the rest of the money. I asked for the invoice and again she emailed an invoice that was just typed up from the maintenence man with no company name or invoice number so I asked for a professional one. I have not received a response yet. The house was nice and good location but I feel like they are trying to scam me and not providing professional paper work.
