The house is in a good location. It is an older home and well worn with rental grade repairs. Inside the home was clean. The hot tub was clean and had chlorine in it however, it was missing a lot of functions and parts. The pool was unusable the entire time we were there. When we arrived, the pump was running, and about 6 inches of water had been pumped out, and the pump was still pumping water out of the pool. We had to find the breaker for the pool pump and turn it off so that it did not completely empty the pool. It was finally fixed by the time we left. And there was sidewalk chalk all over the concrete from the previous visitors. I would stay here again if the pool was functioning.
