Perfect for one person, although we made it work for two. Location was ideal for our purpose. I would definitely recommend.

Room was well appointed and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Stayed 3 nights. Good location, nice quiet suburb location. One thing of note, this is a fully furnished basement suite, as a result of being in the basement we had issues trying to control the humidity in the suite. Unit has its own hvac unit, but it was either too cold as a result of us trying to lower the humidity, or extremely humid …that being said we were there in the summer, so that most likely impacted things. A portable dehumidifier would have been beneficial. Other than that , would recommend.
