This renovated "Ine Funaya" is one of only 230 remaining in Ine Town, the "Kyoto of the Sea" on the Tango Peninsula in northern Kyoto. This inn makes the most of the charm of an old, sea-facing house, where the lifestyle of fishermen still thrives. Located in the heart of the funaya complex, close to the Ineura Park parking lot, the inn is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, making it the perfect location for exploring Ine. Guests can board a sea taxi from the inn (additional fee) and enjoy a cruise around Ine Bay. Fishing is also possible from the inn, making it the perfect place for children to try their hand at fishing.
