The host welcoming but TV not working due antenna reception and the fridge not working correctly

I'm sorry the tv wasn't working, we had visitors there 3 weeks ago and it was fine. The aerial will be fixed tomorrow. Could you let me know what's wrong with the fridge as I've had no reports about that.

No WIFI and mobile network was patchy at best. The house was smelling musty when we arrived and had to air it out. No dish scrub was dishwashing liquid was available.Garden was overgrown and branches overhanging the driveway. We had to break off a couple of branches to avoid scratching the car. The house is up for sale so a bit neglected.The bed was comfortable and good collection of books.

Hi Sunita, goodness that is certainly a different description to what you sent to me on Saturday when you called it "a beautiful house". When booking you should always check to see if WIFI is available if you specifically need this as it is definitely not on our listing. As in many rural areas, the more visitors we have to Venus Bay the more it impacts the network and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. I'm sorry you think the property is not maintained, it is just a little beach cottage as advertised on the site.
