The beach was not crowded. It is a non smoking property everywhere. It was perfect for the three of us. It was nice to have a seperate bedroom and toilet area for mom and dad. Overall it was a very nice area and place to stay!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad Forest Dunes 1001 was a perfect fit for the three of you — and that the quiet beach, non-smoking policy, and the separate bedroom/toilet layout worked well. We appreciate your kind words about the area and hope to host you again. Luxury Beach Rentals

The room wasn't clean. Hair was on the floor in the bathroom. The pull out sofa was dirty.
