Next time we will request first floor…..to avoid climbing steps with bags and will bring a beach wagon for walk. Perfect location.

Overall, I’ll give it a 7/10. The sheets were stained or rusted which stained my white shirts when we were sleeping. Besides that, pool was alright and the location was close to the beach.

Perfect Sanibel Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Colony Inn! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The entire property was well maintained and had a charming, welcoming feel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Colony Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a great location.
