Sun and the Sea is a relaxed coastal retreat just 200 metres from the sands of Mollymook Beach, where mornings begin with barefoot walks to the shore and evenings wind down under open skies.

Designed for effortless holiday living, the home opens into light-filled, open-plan spaces that flow seamlessly outdoors. Step through to the expansive entertaining deck, a true centrepiece of the home and a place where time slows. Long lunches stretch into golden afternoons, the swim spa invites a refreshing dip, and evenings are spent sharing stories as the sun fades from the sky. Whether visiting in the height of summer or during the quieter off-season months, this space is made to be enjoyed year-round.

Inside, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with modern finishes and beautifully renovated bathrooms adding a touch of understated luxury. Three generous bedrooms with built-in wardrobes provide restful spaces to retreat to, while an additional living area with a sofa bed offers flexibility for families or groups. Please note that linen is not provided for the sofa bed.

Days at Sun and the Sea can be as active or as slow as you choose. After a swim or walk on the nearby beaches of Mollymook or Narrawallee spend relaxed afternoons enjoying oversized games such as Connect Four, a wide selection of board games and books in the comfort of air conditioning. Every detail has been considered to create a space that feels easy, comfortable and inviting.

Step outside to the fully fenced yard with BBQ, large grassed area and fire pit. As evening arrives, gather around the firepit, enjoy relaxing in the spa, or sharing a glass on the beautiful deck.

Bannisters Pavilion and Gwylo are an easy stroll away, along with local coffee shops and a nearby playground. For golf lovers, both Mollymook’s Beachside Golf Course and Hilltop Golf Course are close by, offering iconic coastal fairways.

- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach and pool towels.
