Located in the heart of Sun Valley, this 2-story 2-bedroom / 1.5 bathroom condo will sleep up to 4 guests. On the main floor is the living area with a gas fireplace and 75 inch flat screen streaming TV.
The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with 3 bar stools at the counter for extra seating. The dining table seats 4. There is a large deck out front as you enter the condo. There is a half bath just off the kitchen.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed with 55 inch flat screen streaming TV and Mt views. There is a stack washer/dryer in the closet in this room. The second bedroom has a full bed and a built-in desk. The full-size hallway bath has 2 sinks and a shower.

Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

This condo will be getting SV amenities in the summer of 2026. There is no pool access winter '25/'26.

This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
