Guest Access

Security Verification
Before check-in, all guests are required to upload a valid photo ID (photo of current drivers licence or photo of current passport) and a selfie to confirm booking details. Only guests who provide valid ID and photo are allowed access to the property.

Check in Details
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted valid ID's of all adult guests (up to a maximum of 4 adults) staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.


Bond
A bond of $2,400 (held by Stayz) is required to protect the host from property damage (furniture, appliances) or significant extra cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

Smoking prohibited
Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and apartment is fitted with overhead interior fire sprinklers and so vaping or smoking inside is prohibited. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping/smoking and damage will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys carpark buzzers not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350.
