It was a great location and exactly what we needed it to be. The only thing I would say is if you book this location for longer than just the weekend to bring a fire stick for the TV's, and extra blankets. I would stay here again.

It started off not great when the group before us left late and trashed the place. The cleaner did not have enough time to clean an almost 5,000 square foot house. So he took an hour and we got in an hour late. Many of the things in the house were broken and not well kept up. There was duct tape across many of the light switches and hand written notes all over the home. The lake was beautiful and clear and the fishing was great. Communication was not good except when I sent messages to the Evolve management company directly. After dealing with them they refunded us some of our money to make up for all the issues. Evolve itself was very professional. The home owner and local property manager, not so much.

The Waterfront Alexandria Gem met our needs with plenty of space for our group of family and friends. The check-in instructions could have been clearer as the keypad is not located on the front door. The location had great access to the lakes and Alexandria.
