The steep step towards the basement is very close to the entrance door and narrow space to get in . If the person not careful while entering to this accommodation may be fall in to great danger. This area there is no phone reception and in the basement this signal power is zero. This place is far from the city and it is remote like and snow removal activities hardly taken care and area is in danger .

Samuel was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean. There were no signs of any unwanted friends at all. New appliances. A good selection of dishes. Bathroom is excellent. HOT shower. Wonderful water pressure. My only hiccup was the door to the suite. I punched my code into the deadbolt and the door handle just allowed for a push. It didn't turn. This is by no means a complaint. I was afraid of breaking it had I tried to turn it! I will definitely be making this place my first call when I'm back on projects in the north end of the city. There is a LOT of work going on in this neighborhood and parking was a bit of a challenge. But not too horrible. I wonder if we could park in the driveway. Another fine point to mention is that Samuel was very good at explaining the access to the suite. Night time access is VERY well lit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
