Villa with a pool, just a few minutes' walk from the beaches of Hyères.

7 minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Ayguade, 1st floor of a large house with exclusive use of the garden, the private 3x3 swimming pool and the pool house. Beautiful recent decoration, fully equipped kitchen, living room with large balcony + terrace, 3 bedrooms as well as recently converted attic space to accommodate up to 9 people. All rooms are air-conditioned; important at this time of year! The pool house is also fully equipped for lunch and dinner outside. You also have a barbecue and a large plancha. Next to the swimming pool, near the deckchairs you also have double showers and toilets. Covered garage for 2 cars as well as a closed bicycle shed. Exceptional geographical location: very quiet, facing the islands of Porqueroles, 50 km from Saint Tropez, 21 km from Le Lavandou,.... Small food shops nearby as well as the bowling alley of the village of Ayguade under the plane trees. You can do all your water and walking activities. Cycle paths near the villa.

Localisation : Maison de vacances, qui place la plage à 7 min à pied (plage avec du sable et des galets). Le marché du matin, la superette, les restaurants à même distance. Intérieur : Une climatisation arrive à couvrir les besoins sur les 3 chambres du bas. Le clic clac méritera d'être changé; dans cette même chambre, il y a également les lits superposés. Une amélioration de la décoration mettrait cette maison davantage en valeurExtérieur : très gros point fort de la maison et c'est l'essentiel pendant les vacances ! Terrasse ombragé le matin sur l'étage, la piscine de 3x3m est parfaite, la cuisine d'été et son frigo facilite la vie dehors. Génial !Parking : très facile dans la rue, ainsi qu'une possibilité de mettre la voiture sur le terrain à l'ombreRelation avec le propriétaire : très facile et sympathique ! Michel nous accueilli et donné les explications nécessaires pour passer une bonne semaine.On se reverra probablement !

Vacances dans une villa avec piscine proche plage

Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, piscine et extérieurs agréables , cuisine d été très appréciée . Grand salon et belle terrasse à l étage , chambres avec clim, 7 min de la plage , coin très sympa , hôte sympathique et réactif.
