Unit lacked the cleanliness you would expect. Tooth brushes and tooth paste left behind from previous guests, dishes left in the sink, half used bars of soap left in the tub. Dishwasher had water in the bottom, and required a wash to drain and clear the smell.Had to reach out to get unit address, key for the bedroom, wifi information. Hot water didn't work needed to be reset each morning, resulting in a set of cold showers the first day (Host was informed, stated they would send a tech, however, it was a minor issue after the first day so we just continued on)The unit was nice, the host was fast to respond, but I was there for a funeral and visitation so wasn't interested in endlessly messaging about things. Check-in process, and cleanliness need work for us to return.

Property was ideal for my requirement, which is to stay in while I visit relatives in the area. New build property, very clean and very spacious. Everything worked. Had to email and phone to request access information and where to dispose of garbage. Garbage left in bin under kitchen sink from previous visitor not cleaned out and one of the bowls in the cupboard still had grease on it. So, charge for cleaning needs justifying. Ended up taking garbage to my relatives. Otherwise very clean property. Get your own coffee, food, shower gel, shampoo and maybe an extra towel if that's the way you dry. Shops some distance but then, can be delivered I guess. I'd love to return because the property is new, spacious and clean. If not for relatives nearby, I'd have to walk (visiting from overseas so don't drive in Canada) to the nearest stores and restaurants on Trafalgar.
