Luxury modern home is the perfect place for your next Taupo Holiday.

This sleek modern house can accommodate a range of quests from couples or small groups and families.

Its location is perfect - situated close to the Waikato River with views over looking the marina and the lake.

Its a brief 10 minute walk to town and only a 5 minute stroll down to the boat ramp.

The house can be closed off in half and has a kitchen and bathroom on both sides.

This set up would be perfect for 2 families wanting to travel together.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchens, with coffee machines. Both bathrooms have a washing machine and dryer available for use.

Although we do not stay on site we have a team member available throughout your stay.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
