Newly completed, Lavenvelle's main house has three large bedroom suites on the second level, each with spacious private bathrooms, generous closets, and outdoor patios.

The Ocean Suite is a separate sanctuary adjacent to the main house complete with a lovely bedroom and bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. The bedroom has a pull-out loveseat that can accommodate 1-2 small children.

A large infinity pool overlooks the sea, and guests are just steps away from two beaches. Sandy Beach is ideal for sunning, bodysurfing, and picnicking. Mermaid's Chair, a dramatic "double-beach" where the cooler Atlantic Ocean and the warmer Caribbean Sea converge and blend, is perfect for swimming, exploring, and beach-combing.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the Villa for owner and guest safety.

All guests and vendors (massage therapists, chefs, taxi drivers, provisioner, etc.) are required to have vehicle passes to enter the neighborhood. Pass requests are accepted Mon-Fri and advanced notice is needed for security to process the requests.

The neighborhood gate can only be open with a remote after 10pm every night, so please plan accordingly!
